At MyTrees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns about your specialty coffee order, please contact us, and we will address them promptly. Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind, ensuring that you can enjoy our sustainably grown coffee with confidence.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns of opened coffee bags. However, if you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, we are happy to make it right.

 

Eligible Returns & Exchanges:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • If we shipped the wrong item
